The Pen Spinning World Champion is the winner of the most recent Pen Spinning World Tournament. As of early 2021 the reigning World Champion is i.suk from UPSB.
The title is also used to refer to winners of the Pen Spinning World Cup.

In 2016 the World Cup was cancelled by Zkhan and did not take place. In 2018 it returned as the "Team World Cup" under new management, but it is accepted as the successor to the old World Cup series. In 2020 the ability to register as individual teams was removed in favor of communities, and in 2022 the team element returned.
Ivabra is the only spinner to win two World Cups, although in 2020 he was substituted for Leftfinger after the qualification round.
