Construction

Parts needed

List from Penmodding.pm :

• 1x G3 (barrel, grip, plastic tip, and rubber stopper in the cap)
• 1x Signo DX (tip and grip)
• 1x Pilot Frixion Colors (cap)
• 2x Pentel Hybrid Gel Grip (2 tips and 1 grip)
• 1x Supergrip Ballpoint (grip and tip)

Additional Items

• Tape
• An insert

Preparation

1. Cut 1 cm and 1.6 cm of Signo DX grip.
2. Prepare the G3 barrel by filing the round and square bumps.
3. Cut the G3 grip vertically.

Assembly

Front side

1. Stack the tips in this order: G3 tip, Supergrip tip (with G3 rubber stopper), and Signo tip.
2. Fit the 1.6 cm Signo grip section onto the G3 front, then cover the tip stack with the whole SuperGrip grip, with its flat section facing outward.

Cap side

1. Remove the plastic piece inside the Frixion cap, keeping its rubber piece.
2. Put one HGG tip into the Frixion Colors cap, followed by the HGG grip. Insert the second HGG tip into that grip, then roll up the lengthwise-cut G3 grip and place it inside.
3. Add tape on the G3 body, then connect it to the Frixion cap.
4. Put 1 cm of Signo DX grip on the Frixion cap.
