Construction
Parts needed
List from the UPSB V3[1]:
- 1x G3 (cap)
- 2x Signo Broad (Tips)
- 1x Pentel Hybrid Gel Grip (tip)
- 1x Bic Round Stic (barrel)
- 1x Crayola SuperTips (body)
- 1x Pilot AirBlanc (grip)
- 1x Dong-A Anyball (grip)
- 1x Pentel Color Twin (small cap)
Additional Items
- Tape
Text tutorial[2]
Preparation
- Cut 5 mm from the front of the Supertip barrel.
- Cut the clip of the G3 cap, and sand the nub.
- Cut 4 blocks and 2x 2 blocks of Anyball grips.
- Cut 4.8 cm from the back of the big round stick barrel.
Assembly
Front side
- On the Bic round stick barrel, add in this order: 2 blocks of Anyball grip, a full HGG grip (ring side first), and the base of a signo tip inside the HGG grip.
- Add 2 blocks of Anyball on the Signo tip and overgrip the front with a full Airblanc grip (Ring of the HGG grip shouldn't be covered).
Cap side
- Place the Signo tip on the small CT cap.
- Place the small CT cap and Signo tip into the G3 cap together with the retained 5 mm SuperTips front section.
- Add 4 blocks of Anyball grip on the G3 cap.
- Wrap tape around the SuperTips barrel as needed and attach the G3 cap to its front end. Fit the Bic/HGG front assembly onto the rear end of the SuperTips barrel.
