Text tutorial[2]
- Remove both Signo backplugs and fit one into the outer end of each Sweet Drop cap.

- Fill the step between each backplug and cap with vinyl tape.

- Cut RSVP grip sections just long enough to cover the taped joints and fit them over the joints. The source gives a fit-based length, not a fixed 1 cm cut.

- Add decorative tape to the caps if desired.
- Fit short Signo grip sections over the caps to hold the RSVP sections in place, as pictured.

- Fit a Signo tip to each cap’s outer end and cover it with the remaining Signo grip. Add clear tape if the tip is loose.

- Remove the Sweet Drop ink reservoir and only the writing nib on the coloured side; retain the opposite nib.
- Optionally put tissue inside the barrel to adjust the balance, then attach the prepared caps.
