TBG Paper Mx

The TBG Paper MX is a double sided mod made by FPSB spinner TheBeyGeek which he used in Pen Spinning World Cup 2020 and multiple FPSBT.

Construction

Parts needed

• 2x Pilot G2 (Grips)
• 2x Pilot SuperGrip (Grips)
• 2x Old Papermate Flexgrip Ultra（2 tips)
• 2x New Papermate Flexgrip Ultra (2 Body and 2 clear section from the clickers)
• 2x Reynolds 081 (Caps)
• 2x Zebra Z-grip (Grip)
• 2x Carrefour mechanical pencil (Grips)
• 1x Uni-Ball Signo Broad (Grip)
• 1x Pencil

Preparation

1. Cut the new Papermate Flexgrip Ultra body at the last stripe (the closest one to the backplug)
2. Cut your pencil at 3,5cm, sand it until it's able to fit inside a Papermate Flexgrip Ultra body.
3. Remove the clear section of the 2 clicker parts (this can be done by smashing the top section of the clicker with an hammer)
4. Cut 2x 2 stripe on each Carrefour mechanical pencil (you should have 4 pieces)
5. Cut 2x 9mm of the Uni-Ball Signo Broad grip.
6. Cut 2x 5mm of Zebra Z-grip grips (flat part), then cut 1mm of each 5mm grips.

Assembly

1. Connect both new Papermate Flexgrip Ultra body from the front side using the pencil.
2. Put the 9mm part of Uni-Ball Signo Broad grip on the Reynolds 081 cap.
3. Overgrip it in this order: 4mm of Zebra Z-grip grip, 4 stripes of Carrefour mechanical pencil grip then 1mm of Zebra Z-grip grip (a bit of the Uni-Ball Signo Broad grip should remain visible)
   

   

   
   
4. Screw the Old Papermate Flexgrip Ultra on the end of the Reynolds 081 cap.
5. Put the Pilot SuperGrip on the Reynolds 081 stripe side first on the cap to cover the tip, adjust the other grips.
6. Flat side first, overgrip the Pilot SuperGrip grip with an enlarged Pilot G2 grip (can be done using pliers). The o-ring of the Pilot SuperGrip grip should remain visible and the visible part of the Uni-Ball Signo Broad grip should be covered
   

   

   
   
7. Add the Clear part from the Papermate Flexgrip Ultra backplug inside the Reynolds 081 cap.
