Syrti G3

The Syrti G3 is a personal mod made by Syrti.

Construction

Parts needed

List from the UPSB V4:

• 1x G3 (plastic tip, barrel and inktube)
• 2x Signo Broad (1 tip and 2 grips)
• 2x Pentel Hybrid Gel Grip (1 tip, 2 grips)
• 1x Collection Gel Ink (cap and front)
• 1x Plastic tip

Additional Items

• Tape
• An insert

Text tutorial

Preparation

1. Cut the clip of the Collection ink cap.
2. Prepare the G3 barrel by filing the square bump. Cut the front to 1.7cm
   

   

   
   
3. Remove the ink from the inktube and cut it to 2.5cm.
4. Cut the ring of the HGG grip.
5. Cut 1.1cm of Signo broad grip.
6. Do a gripcut on the other Signo broad grip.
7. Cut the front of the Collection pen to 3.3cm

Assembly

Front side

1. Add tape to the G3 inktube and link it with the Collection Gel front.
2. Add the tips in this order: G3 onto Collection Gel front, then Signo tip onto plastic G3 tip.
3. Add grips to the front in this order: Ring of HGG grip, 1.1cm of Signo broad grip and an entire HGG grip (ring side first)
4. Overgrip the HGG grip with the Signo broad grip with the cutgrip.
   

   

   
   

Cap side

1. Stack a HGG tip over a Signo tip, put it into the Collection cap, then put the HGG grip without oring.
   

   

   
   
2. Add tape on the G3 body then connect it to the Hyperjell cap.
