N900 Vortex

The 台制戰彈 is a double sided mod made by TWPS spinner Joey. The name can be roughly translated as "Taiwan-made Warheads".

Construction

Parts needed

List from Joey's post in the TWPS penmodding group on Facebook:

• x2 雄獅 NO.900水性美工筆 (body)
• x2 700N (caps)
• x2 Pilot Opt Shaker (tip)
• x2 SKB G-2506 (grip)
• x1 Sander B-1700 (barrel)
• x2 Pilot G2 (grip)
• x1 Signo DX (grip)

Preparation

1. Cut both stripe section of the G2 grip from it's flat section.
2. Cut the front of both N900 body.
3. Cut 2x 2mm and 1x 1.4cm of Signo DX grip.
4. Cut both G-2506 grip to 2x 2mm and 2x 4cm.
5. Cut 2 2.5mm ring off N900 cap.
6. Cut the Sander barrel to 3.5cm

Assembly

1. Put the Opt tip inside the 700N cap.
2. Put the G2 stripe section over the 700N cap basis and Opt tip.
3. Put the 700N cap in the N900 barrel.
4. Add in this order: 2mm of Signo DX grip, 2.5mm of N900 cap and 4cm of G-2506 grip on the N900 body (it should cover the tip structure).
5. Repeat on the other side.
6. Put the Signo DX and G-2506 grip on the Sander body and connect.
