The Modrodmod is a personal mod made by JEB spinner Menowa*.
Construction
Parts needed
List from anonymous blog post:
- 4x Zebra Tect 2way (4 tips)
- 1x Modrod (Barrel)
- This mod uses the most recent version of Modrod barrel, without screw thread.
- 2x Pilot G2 (2 grips)
- 2x Pilot G3 (2 grips)
- 2x Pilot Dr. Grip (2 inner and 2 outer grips)
- 1x Signo Broad (grip)
- 1/2x Dong-A Anyball (grip)
- Two for perfect symmetry

Text tutorial
Preparation
- Cut 2x 3 stripes of G3 grip.
- Cut 2x 3 blocks of Anyball grip.
- Cut two sections of Signo Broad grip the same size as the three Anyball stripes.
Assembly
- Put 3 blocks of G3 grip inside the Metal DG ring.
- Put the last step over a Tect tip.
- Stack a Tect tip on the last step (the DG ring should be sandwiched between both Tect tips).
- On the Modrod body, add 3 stripes of Anyball grip, then the Signo Broad section.
- Put the tip assembly in the barrel (inverted), then cover it with a whole G2 grip with the flat side at the extremity.
- Repeat on the other side.
