Mesi PlayColor mod

The Mesi PlayColor mod is a double-sided mod made by JEB spinner Mesi.

Parts needed

• 1x Signo Broad (grip)
• 1x Pilot Dr. Grip（grip)
• 1x Tombow Playcolor2 (body and 2 caps)
• 2x Ohto Needle-Point (grip and tips)
• 2x Metallic Gel (grips and tips)

Preparation

1. Empty the Playcolor2 barrel and remove its writing tips. Remove and file smooth the cap clips.
2. Cut the Signo Broad grip in half.
3. Cut two approximately 1 cm Dr. Grip sections from the tip end of the grip, long enough to cover the Signo halves.

Assembly

1. Fit a Needle Point grip, or Metallic Gel grip, onto each Playcolor2 cap with its swollen end facing outwards. Leave the outer cap end exposed as pictured.
   

   

   
   
2. Stack a Needle Point tip onto a Metallic Gel tip and fit the stack inside one Signo half.
   

   

   
   
3. Cover the Signo half with a Dr. Grip section.
4. Fit this weight assembly onto the exposed outer end of one cap.
5. Repeat the weight assembly on the other cap and fit both caps onto the Playcolor2 barrel.
