The Malimo G3 is a personal mod made by Malimo.

Construction

Parts needed

List from Malimo's blog:

• 1x G3 (plastic tip, barrel and inktube)
• 1x Signo DX (1 tip and 2 grips)
• 2x Pentel Hybrid Gel Grip (2 tips)
• 1x Pilot SuperGrip (grip)
• 1x Jimnie (cap)
• 1x Zebra Hyper Jell (grip)
• 1x Pilot Hi-Tec-C (tip)

Additional Items

• Tape
• An insert

Text tutorial

Preparation

1. Cut the clip of the Jimnie cap.
2. Prepare the G3 barrel by filing the square bump.
3. Cut 5mm of Signo DX grip.
4. Cut 2mm from the back of the Hyperjell grip.

Assembly

Front side

1. Screw the Hitec on the G3 front, stack a HGG tip on top, and add tape.
2. Add the Signo Dx small part, then the whole Supergrip (flat side first) on the G3 front.

Cap side

1. Add the HGG tip and G3 backplug inside the Hyperjell grip.
2. Put the Hyperjell grip inside the Jimnie cap.
3. Add tape on the G3 body then connect it to the Jimniel cap.
