The Neoback mod is a double-sided mod created by JEB spinner Nebrask. It was made popular after Drowsy's usage of it in Pen Spinning World Tournament 2019.

- 1 Old white Pentel Watercolor (Body)
- 2 Pentel Color Twin（Big caps)
- 2 Uni Alpha Gel（Tips）
- 2 Signo DX (Grips)
- 1 Zebra Airfit BA-9 (Grip)
- 1 Pilot Supergrip (Grip)
Text tutorial[1]
- Empty a Pentel Watercolor barrel, removing the ink core and writing tip.
- Hollow out two large Keityo/Color Twin caps, removing their internal obstructions.
- Retain two Uni Alpha Gel mechanical-pencil tips. Remove the rubber portions and narrow writing-end pieces for the standard version.
- Cut two approximately 1.8 cm Signo grip sections.
- Prepare two 2-block SuperGrip sections and two semicircular Airfit pieces. Cut a 0.5 cm Airfit ring lengthwise to form the two semicircles.
- Put an Airfit semicircle inside each SuperGrip section.
- Insert each small grip assembly into a Signo section, stopping when it is fully contained rather than pushing it too far inside.
- Put an Alpha Gel tip into each hollowed cap, then fit the prepared Signo grip assembly over the cap’s outer end to retain the tip.
- Attach both completed caps to the Watercolor barrel. For a longer version, the creator permits retaining the Alpha Gel rubber portions, adding approximately 0.4 cm overall.
