Outsider G3

The Outsider G3 is a single sided mod made by JEB spinner Outsider. As Outsider never shared the tutorial of this mod, the mod presented here is a replica.

Construction

Parts needed

• 1x Uni-Ball Signo (tip)
• 1x Jimnie (cap)
• 2x Pentel Hybrid Gel Grip (tips)
• 1x Pilot Hi-Tec-C (tip)
• 1x Pentel Hybrid Gel Roller (tip)
• 1x 1cm grip

This recipe is a community reconstruction. The surviving Penmodding.pm source states that it was assembled from vague UPSB instructions rather than a confirmed creator tutorial.

Preparation

1. Prepare the G3 barrel by sanding the round and square bumps on the front.
2. Cut the clip of the Jimnie cap.
3. Prepare one 1 cm grip section and two complete HGG grips.

Assembly

Front side

1. On the G3 front, stack the Hi-Tec-C tip onto the Signo tip, then screw the assembly onto the G3 front.
2. Cover the G3 front with 1 cm of any grip, then a whole HGG grip.

Cap side

1. Place the HGR tip and then the other HGG grip inside the Jimnie cap.
2. Add tape on the G3 body then connect it to the Jimnie cap.
