The Rushon Mod is a mod invented by an unknown spinner. Most likely a JEB spinner.
The mod was popular due to the easy acess of the parts in Japan. At a worldwide scale, spinners like by Nekura, Julia or S777 made it popular (although the "tipless" factor of S777's one is debatable)
