The Ian Jenson mod is a double-sided mod made by Ian Jenson.
Construction
Parts needed
Parts list from the video below:
- 2x Zebra Airfit BA-9 (tips)
- 2x Pentel Color Twin (2 big caps, 2 barrels, 1 back plug)
- 1x Sailor IC Liquid Gel (grip)
- 1x Pilot Dr. Grip (grip)
Text tutorial
Preparation
- Cut 7.4 cm from both Color Twin barrels. Do not include the tip.
- Cut both of the big Color Twin caps to 3.7cm.
- Cut half of a Dr. Grip grip.
- Cut two 3-block pieces of Sailor Gel grip.
Assembly
- Connect both Color Twin barrels using a back plug. (tape might be necessary)
- Put both Color Twin big caps on the mod base.
- Add three blocks of Sailor Gel grip, then half of a Dr. Grip grip.
- Put the Zebra Airfit tip inside the Dr. Grip grip.
- Repeat on the other side.
