TBG's SC vert v2

The SC vert v2 is a personal mod made by FPSB spinner TheBeyGeek.

Construction

Parts needed

List from FPSB V5:

• 1x Fake signo DX (everything)
  • This pen can be found under many different brands
• 1x Hyperjell lookalike from Cultura (cap, backplug, grip and front part)
• 1x Pilot BP-S Matic (tip, backplug, clicker, and spring)

Text tutorial

Preparation

1. Cut the fake Signo DX cap at ~2.2cm.
2. Sand the front of the fake Signo DX until its cap can fit on it.
3. Empty the inktube of the fake Signo DX (then put it back with the tip).
4. Cut the clip of the fake Hyperjell cap.
5. Shave the rounded nub of the fake Hyperjell cap.
6. Cut the BP-S backplug to 3.2cm
7. cut the front part of the fake Hyperjell to separate the tip and screw section from the flat section.

Assembly

Front side

1. Remove the tip and put the cut fake Signo DX cap on its front (reversed).
2. Screw the tip back (with the inktube).
3. Put the Pilot BP-S tip on the fake Signo DX tip (wrap some tape around it).
   

   

   
   
4. Put the whole fake Signo DX grip on the front.

Cap side

1. Put into the fake Signo DX backplug: the fake Hyperjell rubber part and the fake Signo DX rubber part in this order.
   

   

   
   
2. Put the fake Signo DX backplug back into the pen.
3. Screw the sping of the Pilor BP-S pen on it's backplug.
4. Put the fake Hyperjell grip on its cut flat part.
5. In the fake Hyperjell cap, put in this order: the BP-S clicker, step 4, and step 3 (spring side first).
   

   

   
   
6. Add tape to the back of the body and connect to the cap.
