Superbroad is a single-capped mod by Mot, measuring 21 cm and weighing 19 g.

Construction

Parts needed

• 1 Pentel RSVP
• 1 Pilot Super Grip cap
• 1 FlexGrip Ultra tip and barrel section
• 1 FlexGrip Elite tip and barrel
• 1 Signo Broad cap, grip and ink tube
• 1 SGM grip
• 1 Pilot G2 rear barrel section
• Anyball grip (quantity unspecified)
• An insert and tape

Text tutorial

1. Break the clip from the Super Grip cap. Fit the RSVP grip and FlexGrip Ultra tip into the cap; an outsert may be added at this joint.
2. Cut about 0.8 cm from the front of the RSVP body. Add an insert, remove the ink tube, and file the front into the profile described as an NX MMT.
3. Cut a 3.2 cm section from the threaded end of the G2 barrel and push it, with an insert, into the front of the RSVP body.
4. Cut the Signo Broad cap to 3 cm.
5. Cut three narrow strips from the FlexGrip Ultra barrel. Empty the Signo ink tube and cut a 2 cm section to fit inside the FlexGrip Elite tip; screw the strips onto that tip.
6. Empty the RSVP ink tube and cut a 5.5 cm section. Wrap tape around its end, push it into the Signo ink tube, then add tape to the Signo tube so it holds against the RSVP tube. The exact arrangement of this joint is unclear.
7. Fit Anyball grip onto the Signo Broad cap and insert the assembly into the cap.
8. Place a slice of Signo Broad grip in the tip-side end of the cap, then put an insert in the cap.
9. Wrap one turn of tape around the G2 barrel section and push the cap assembly onto it.

The original instructions leave the ink-tube connection and final cap orientation unclear.
