Reeder Mod

The Reeder Mod is a personal mod made by Tek.

Construction

Parts needed

List from UPSB V3:

• 2x G3 (Metal tip, barrel, backplug and 2 caps)
• 1x Pentel RSVP (Inktube and grip)
• 1x ZebraTelescopic (tip)
• 1x Dong-A Anyball (grip)
• 1x Pilot G2 (body)
• 1x Bic RT (tip)

Additional Items

• Tape
• An insert

Text tutorial

Preparation

1. Cut the clip of the G3 cap.
2. Prepare the G3 barrel by filing the square bump.
3. Cut 5mm of RSVP grip.
4. Cut 4 sections of G3 grip.
5. Cut 3.5cm of G2 body.
6. Cut 3x 2 blocks of Anyball grip.
7. Cut the other G3 cap to 4cm.

Assembly

Front side

1. Wrap some tape around the base of the G3 tip.
2. Put the G3 tip on the end of the cut G3 cap.
3. Add 2 blocks of Anyball grip on the base of the G3 tip.
4. Wrap some tape around the base of the Bic RT tip.
5. Wrap an insert around the base of the RT tip and put it inside the G2 body.
6. Add 2 blocks of Anyball around the G2 body (opposite the tip).
   

   

   
   
7. Wrap about 10.5 cm of electric tape at 4cm (down side) and wrap less tape at around the top of the RSVP inktube.
   

   

   
   
8. Put the RSVP inktube in the Bic rt tip.
9. Put the Part with the G2 body over the front of the G3 body.
10. Put the G3 cut cap part over the G2 body (G3 tip should "stack" over the bic tip).

Cap side

1. Put the small RSVP grip section and put it on the Telescopic tip.
2. Wrap an insert around the G3 grip and put it into the G3 cap.
3. Add tape on the G3 body then connect it to the G3 cap.
4. Add white tape and 2 Anyball stripes on the cap.
