The Product SC Mod is a double-sided mod using a soft-plastic M&M/ACT/CT/KT-style barrel. It is tentatively credited to Product and measures 19.5 cm with a weight of 12 g.[1]
Construction
Parts needed
- 1x M&M/ACT/CT/KT pen (barrel and small cap; also called Miffy)
- 2x HGG (grips and one tip)
- 2x Anyball grips
- 1x RSVP cap
- 1x Uni-ball Signo tip
- 1x Dong-A Comssa backplug [1]
Text Tutorial
- Remove the ink tube and rear plug from the soft-plastic barrel. Wrap a Dong-A Comssa backplug with clear tape and fit it into the barrel.
- Fit an HGG tip and about 4 mm of HGG grip inside the RSVP cap. Add a full HGG grip without its ring so the cap grips the rear connector. Add about 2 mm of HGG grip (or one Anyball ring) below the RSVP cap.
- Place nine Anyball rings on the small front cap and fit a Signo tip at its end; add adhesive if needed.
- Fit an HGG ring and three Anyball rings over the front of the barrel, then press the small cap assembly into place. Use tape if the fit is loose. [1]
