Pall Emboss

The Pall Emboss is a double-sided mod made by Fen spinner Varoza for Pall's WT21 combo.

Construction

Parts needed

List from IMPC:

• x2 Tsukineko Fabrico / Tsukineko Emboss (body, cap and 1 back plugs)
• x2 Pilot Dr. Grip (grips)
  • It is possible to use only one, but the symmetry will be slightly different.
• x2 Pilot AirBlanc (tips)
• x2 Pentel Hybrid Gel Roller (tips)

Additional Items

• Tape
• Heatshrink tube
• Glue

Text tutorial

Preparation

1. Cut the heat-shrink tube to around 2 6cm section (around 3cm is visible when the mod is completed).
2. Cut the Emboss front plug to around 1cm.
3. Cut both Dr.grip grips in half.
4. Cut both Emboss small caps so that they are assembled with a backplug in the middle, the result is ~24cm.

Assembly

1. Glue the HGR tip onto the Airblanc tip.
2. Wrap some tape around the tipstack.
3. Put the small Emboss cap on the cut Emboss plug.
4. Put the tipstack inside the small Emboss cap (it should be tight inside the cap).
5. Put the heat-shrink tube on the cap and heat it. A lip should be created to keep the tips in place. Around 5.5cm should still be flat on the body.
6. Put the Dr.grip grip half on the extremity of the Emboss base.
7. Repeat on the other side.
8. Connect both bases on the Emboss backplug.
