Nomad BT

The Nomad BT is a double-sided mod by Nomad. It measures 20.6 cm and is lightweight.

Construction

Parts needed

• 1 Nitoms Stalogy mechanical-pencil or ballpoint barrel
• 2 Pentel Keityo / Color Twin large caps
• 2 Pilot Vicuna Feel 3-color ballpoint grips
• 2 Sailor Gel / IC Liquid grips
• 1 Uni-ball Signo DX grip
• 2 Anyball grips
• 2 Pilot Opt ballpoint tips; the Opt mechanical-pencil variant is also reported to work

Text tutorial

1. Disassemble the Stalogy and empty its barrel.
2. Cut the Vicuna Feel grips to 2.3 cm and fit them over the large Keityo caps.
3. Hollow the large caps if necessary for the parts to fit.
4. Cut the Signo DX grip in half (five blocks). Place one Opt tip inverted inside each half.
5. Fit each Signo grip section into a Sailor Gel/IC Liquid grip, then fit the Sailor grip over a Keityo cap.
6. Slide seven blocks of Anyball grip over each Sailor grip.
7. Repeat on the other end and fit both prepared cap assemblies to the Stalogy barrel. Adjust the Feel-grip length to change the Sailor grip’s position.
