G3 MX²

The G3 MX² is a single sided mod made by Orctupus.

Construction

Parts needed

List from UPSB V3:

• 1x G3 (Metal tip, barrel and inktube)
• 3x Pentel Hybrid Gel Grip (3 tips and 3 grips)
• 1x Dong-A Anyball (grip)
  • Optional

• Tape
• An insert

Text tutorial

Preparation

1. Cut the clip of the g3 cap.
2. Prepare the G3 barrel by filing the square bump.
3. Cut 5mm from the back of the inktube (Put it back in the barrel but reversed).
4. Cut 2 blocks of Anyball grip.
5. From one of the HGG grip, cut the ring and 2 sections the same size as the ring.
6. Cut the ring from another HGG grip.

Assembly

Front side

1. Put 2 blocks of Anyball grip inside the front of the G3 barrel.
   

   

   
   
2. Glue an HGG tip onto the metal G3 tip.
3. Add the grip in this order on the front of the G3: two rings of HGG and a whole HGG grip (ring side facing inward).
   

   

   
   

Cap side

1. In the G3 cap, add in this order: The HGG grip without ring, and 2 HGG rings.
2. Add tape on the G3 body then connect it to the G3 cap.
