The Fly Mod (Public ver.) is a double-sided mod by Fly that uses Art Color Twin barrels and Dr. Grip weighted ends.[1][2]
Construction
Parts needed
- 2x Pilot Dr. Grip (grips and tips)
- 2x Art Color Twin pens (one barrel and two small caps; other KT-style pens such as CT or KT can substitute)
- 2x Dong-A Comssa (caps)
- 2x Dong-A Anyball (grips)
Text tutorial
- Cut a Dr. Grip grip in half and fit a Dr. Grip tip into each half.
- Trim each Comssa cap to 2 cm from its base and remove the clips.
- Empty the Art Color Twin barrel and cap both ends with its small caps.
- Cut two two-block sections from the Anyball grips and place them over the Comssa caps.
- Add the Dr. Grip tip-and-grip assemblies, then push the Comssa caps onto the Art Color Twin caps until about 2 cm remains exposed.
- Add decorative tape to the exposed marker caps if desired.[3]
