Buster CYL

The Buster CYL is a personal mod made by Spinnerpeem in 2008. It is famous for its ubiquitous usage by Power spinners in the late 2000s and early 2010s, and its use by Spinnerpeem in winning the Pen Spinning World Tournament 2009. It was first released to the international community in a thread by TEK on the 11th of November, 2008.

Construction

Parts needed

• 1x SuperTips (barrel)
• 2x Zebra Airfit BA-9 (grip and 2 tips)
  • Gel Airfit can be used as well, for a lighter mod called 'Gel Buster'
• 2x Comssa (backplug and 2 caps)

Text tutorial

1. Empty SuperTip barrel by removing marker tip and backplug.
2. Connect comssa backplug to back of SuperTip.
3. Wrap tape around backplug area to increase width.
   

   

   
   
4. Plug both comssa caps on SuperTip barrel.
5. Cut Airfit grip in half.
   1. NOTE: Peem's original buster used closer to 1/3 rather than 1/2 grip.
6. Place Airfit grips on both sides of the barrel.
7. Place Airfit tip on both sides of the grips; finished.
