The Reamtea G3 V2 is a version of Reamtea’s G3 mod associated with JapEn 17th. Its construction differs from the earlier Reamtea G3.[1][2]
Construction
Parts needed
- 1x plastic Pilot G3 (barrel and plastic tip)
- 1x Pentel RSVP Color (cap; other RSVP variants can be substituted)
- 2x HGG grips
- 1x Anyball grip
- 1x Uni-ball Signo tip
- 1x Ohto Metallic Gel tip
- 1x Pilot G2 grip
- An insert [1]
Text Tutorial
- Prepare the G3 barrel by removing its grip and smoothing the front ridges. Add an insert.
- Stack the front tips in this order: plastic G3 tip, Ohto Metallic Gel tip, then Signo tip.
- Cut three Anyball grip blocks and place them at the G3 front; cover the tip stack with one full HGG grip.
- Trim the second HGG grip to the length of an RSVP grip. Put two blocks of G2 grip inside it, fit it over the rear of the G3 barrel, then attach the RSVP cap. The cap can fit tightly and may need firm pressure. [1]
