RSVP HJSB

RSVP HJSB is a capped mod by purplet. It measures 21 cm, weighs 18.5 g, and is moderately difficult to build.

Construction

Parts needed

• 1 Pentel Hybrid Gel Grip pen (tip and grip)
• 2 Uni-ball Signo Broad pens (tips and one cap)
• 1 Zebra Hyper Jell cap and tube
• 2.5 strips of Pilot Dr. Grip grip; Grip Matic grip may be used instead
• Dong-A Anyball grip
• 1 M&M, Tintenkiller or SuperPirat body
• 1 RSVP body and cap
• Electrical tape

Tutorial

1. Cut the Anyball grip into two strips together from its wide end and a separate third strip. Cut two and a half strips from the Grip Matic grip, if used, and trim the lip from the HGG grip.
2. Remove the plug from the rear of the M&M body. Cut a 5cm section from that end and wrap tape around one edge, then cut a second 1.8cm section from the same body.
3. Cut a 1cm section from the Hyper Jell tube. Remove and file the clip from its cap. Empty the RSVP body and fit its back cap.
4. Remove the two Signo Broad tips and the HGG tip. Cut the Signo Broad cap to about 3.3cm.
5. Fit the Anyball strip over the taped M&M section and place that assembly over the front of the RSVP body. Put the Hyper Jell tube section on a Signo tip and fit it into the M&M body; place the cut Signo cap over the M&M section.
6. Put two Grip Matic strips on the Signo tip assembly and add the Anyball strips as shown in the photographs.
7. Fit the HGG grip lip and a Grip Matic strip over the second Signo tip. Place that tip inside the Hyper Jell cap. Fit the HGG tip into the 1.8cm M&M section, then fit that section into the Hyper Jell cap and add half a Grip Matic strip.
8. Add an HGG grip section to the RSVP back cap, fit the Hyper Jell cap assembly, and check that the parts sit firmly.
