The Nightz DC Mod is a double-sided mod by Nightz. It measures 20 cm and weighs about 17 g.[1]
Construction
Parts needed
- 4 Uni-ball Signo tips
- Signo caps (the tutorial uses emptied caps; the count is not specified)
- 2 Rikota highlighter tips
- 1 Dong-A Comssa barrel
- 4 Pilot G2 grips
- 4 Penwish rings (silicone rings or electrical tape can be substituted)
- PTFE/Teflon tape[1]
Text tutorial
- Remove both Rikota highlighter tips and cut them to the illustrated shapes; exact dimensions are unspecified.
- Empty the Signo caps. Fit one Signo tip into each cap, then wrap PTFE tape around the opposite tip and seat it in the same cap as shown.
- Empty the Comssa barrel and cut off its writing end. File and remove internal plastic from the cut section until each Rikota tip fits.
- Add the four G2 grips and four rings in the arrangement shown in the tutorial images. Substitute silicone rings or electrical tape if needed.
