Kzzn Emboss

Kzzn Emboss is a Double Sided mod created by JEB based spinner Kzzn.

Construction

• 2x Airblanc (Tips)
• 2x HGR (back caps)
• 1x Penzgear (four rings)
• 2x Emboss (barrels)
• 2x G3 (cap rubber stoppers, grips)
• 1x Anyball (Grips, two is optional)
• 1x Hyperjell (Grip)

Text tutorial

Preparation

1. Empty both Emboss markers. Retain, clean, and dry their felt writing nibs for use as connectors.
2. From one barrel, cut a 4.2 cm section from the front and another from the rear, excluding the writing nib from the measurement. Keep the second barrel as the centre section.
3. Fit a smooth SuperGrip section onto each cut extension, followed by a 5–7 mm Hyperjell section. Leave the openings accessible for the weight assemblies.
   

   

   
   

Weight assemblies

1. Cut each HGR backplug to retain a 5 mm piece. Fit two Pen’z Gear rings onto each retained piece and screw it onto an Airblanc tip.
2. Fit one G3 grip ring around each HGR backplug and two SuperGrip rings around each Airblanc tip.
3. Place a G3 cap rubber stopper inside each Dr. Grip tip. Remove the narrow writing-end projection from each Dr. Grip tip by sanding or cutting it.
4. Insert each prepared Airblanc assembly into a Dr. Grip tip. Use the remaining smooth SuperGrip sections to hold these assemblies at the outer ends of the Emboss extensions.
   

   

   
   
5. Fit four Anyball rings over each outer assembly.

Final assembly

1. Refit the cleaned felt nibs as connectors. Fit one SuperGrip ring at each nib-side joint, then use aluminium tape, or clear tape as permitted by the original tutorial, to secure the extensions to the centre barrel.
