Hybrid Wisp Pen Mod

Hybrid Wisp Pen Mod (HWPM) is a retractable mod by bokK, measuring 19.7 cm and weighing 13–14 g. It uses neither an insert nor an outsert and is difficult to build.

Construction

Parts needed

• 2 Pilot G2 pens (2 grips, 1 body, and 1 clicker)
• 1 HGG (all parts except its grip)
• 1 Flexgrip Ultra spring
• Tape and lubricant

Text tutorial

1. Disassemble the pens.
2. Cut the HGG at the grip location, after the bump. Remove the colored part from the rear of the G2 by breaking its clip.
3. Remove the rubber bottom and clip from the HGG cap, then file the cap smooth.
4. Put the Flexgrip Ultra spring in the HGG cap. Place the HGG ink tube through the cap and spring. Wrap tape around a toothpick about 4 cm long and place it in the rear of the HGG ink tube.
5. Fit the HGG body so its rear clips into the cap, and add a little tape at the front. Put the G2 clicker into the back of the G2 body, over the HGG front.
6. Apply lubricant at the front and rear to help the grips slide on.
