The R³ is a double-sided mod made by VNPS spinner Akai. The name "R³" is a way to abbreviate "Red Round Rod".
Construction

- 2x TRU RED Quick Dry Gel Pens (body)
- 1x Bic Round Stic Grip (grip part)

- Disassemble two TRU RED Quick Dry Gel Stick pens. Remove the ink assemblies and backplugs, keeping the two empty barrels.
- Remove the rubber grip from a Bic Round Stic Grip pen. This rubber grip supplies the connector.
- Twist the grip into an open end of one TRU RED barrel, leaving enough exposed to fit the second barrel.
- Twist the second barrel onto the exposed grip to join the two halves securely.
