Hibachi mod

The Hibachi mod is a single sided mod made by Hibachi. He calls it "Akashiya mod" (あかしやmod).

Text tutorial

Preparation

1. Hollow the Color Twin cap.
2. Cut the Akashiya Fude Brush Pen 12.5 cm from the back.
3. (Optional) Empty the Akashiya Fude Brush Pen.
4. Cut the G3 cap to 9 mm, then cut 2 cm from the first cut.
5. Cut 1.7 cm from the front of the Miffy & Melanie barrel.
6. Cut 2x 2-block coloured Anyball sections, plus 1x 3-block, 1x 6-block, 1x 7-block, and 1x 9-block sections.
7. Cut one 2-block black Anyball section.
8. Cut the Daiso Power Clip Pen grip to 9 mm.
9. Cut 2 stripes of SuperGrip grip.
10. Cut approximately 1.8–1.9 cm of Lakubo grip from the dimpled section.
11. Cut a round section of Tombow Reporter 3 grip; unstick it beforehand.
12. Cut 6 mm and 8 mm sections of Zebra Hyper Jell grip.

Assembly

Cap side

1. Secure the Hybrid Gel Grip tip to the front of the Miffy & Melanie tip section with tape.
2. Place the 2 cm section of G3 cap over it and secure it with tape.
3. Put the assembly inside the Color Twin cap, using tape to hold it in place.
4. Add grips in this order: 2 stripes of coloured Anyball, 7 stripes of Anyball, then the cut Lakubo grip section.
5. Overgrip the Lakubo grip with the 9-block Anyball section.
6. Place the round Tombow Reporter 3 grip section inside the cap assembly and glue it in place. The inside of the cap should not remain visible.

Front side

1. Place the Zebra Jell.be tip over the unknown black grip and tape it to the front of the Akashiya barrel.
2. Add grips in this order: the 2-block Anyball section, 6 mm of Zebra Hyper Jell grip, and a whole G2 grip.
3. Add the 2-block coloured Anyball section, the 3-block black Anyball section, then a whole black Anyball grip.
4. Overgrip the last assembly in this order: the 6-block Anyball section, 9 mm of Daiso Power Clip Pen grip, and 8 mm of Zebra Hyper Jell grip.
