The Ballsign Mod is a double sided mod made by Bonkura. It is also commonly called: "Bonkura Ballsign".
Construction
Parts needed

- 2 Sakura Ballsign (1 body, 2 caps)
- 2 Pilot SuperGrip（2 Grips)
- 1 Pilot Dr. Grip (grip)
Additional Items
- An insert
Text tutorial
- Remove the ink of the Sakura Ballsign body.
- (Facultative) Add an insert.
- Cut the 8 stripes of both Pilot SuperGrip grips.
- Cut 2x ~1cm of Pilot Dr. Grip
- Double cap the Sakura Ballsign without ink
- Put both cutted Pilot SuperGrip grips on the Sakura Ballsign caps (~5 stripes should be on the body)
- Overgrip your Pilot SuperGrip grips with both ~1cm of Pilot Dr. Grip (the grips should be on the extremity of each side and all of the Pilot Dr. Grip grips should be on the Pilot SuperGrip grips.)
