Sailor IC Liquid Gel is a non-retractable pen produced by Sailor. It's mostly used for its grips in mods such as the Dr. KT by RYO. Each grip has a total of 13 rings and 12 spaces.
The tip is used as a plastic G3 tip substitute, but the cap is rarely used.
