Sailor IC Liquid Gel is a non-retractable pen produced by Sailor. Its usage is almost always just for the Sailor grips, used in notable mods such as Dr. KT by RYO.
Rarely the cap is used, but the tip can be used as a plastic g3 tip substitute.
