SpinFest is a [insert frequency] pen spinning event in which communities and boards will sign up to create community CV's (collaboration videos). The event is generally regarded as less competitive compared to other events such as the World Tournament or World Cup. However, the event is highly publicized and is regarded as a "celebration" of pen spinning.
