Barney is a Fen Spinner member from the Philippines who is well known among the wider pen spinning community for his advanced technical combos and mastery of wipers. Considered a contender for the strongest spinner in the wiper category of all time, Barney won the Pen Spinning World Cup 2022 as well as both the infinity and technical categories in the Pen Spinning Olympics 2026.
Outside of his major international victories, Barney also came top 4 in wipers in the Pen Spinning Olympics 2022, where he did not submit a combo for the second round, top 8 in the Pen Spinning World Tournament 2025 and won the smaller Spindys Tournament 2024 and the Pen Spinning World Tournament 2021 B-Side.
He also has a reputation for attempting to sign up to competitions under different names every time, going by Krogan, LimSeowon and DubaiTzuyuCookie67 in different international events.
