The Old Fr.Kt is a double-sided mod created by Twim. It was made to mimic a Dr.kt using only parts available in France. It was retroactively renamed Old Fr.Kt after a Vore-tex made a Fr.Kt based on other parts.
This mod had 4 versions before culminating in an "Ultimate Version" commonly called Fr.Kt.
Construction for Old Fr.Kt U.V
Parts needed
- 2x Reynolds Hi-Fi 215 (barrel + 2 caps)
- 3x Reynolds Gel Waves (1 gray, 2 colored one (Usually red and blue))
- 2x old Papermate Flexgrip Ultra (or elite but weight will be slightly different) (tips)
- (Optional) 2x Mecano screws (same as Frat MX2)
Text tutorial
Preparation
- Cut silver Sailor grip into four sections of 2 rings each.
- Cut each colored Sailor into a section of 3 rings, 2 rings and 8 rings.
- Cut the clips of both hi-fi 215 caps.
Assembly
- (Optional) add 2 Mecano screws inside the Hifi 215 cap.
- Push Flexgrip Ultra tip inside the Hifi 215 cap.
- Place grip sections onto the caps in this order: 3 color > 2 silver > 2 color > 2 silver > 8 color
- Repeat on the other cap and connect to the Hifi 215 body.
