The Paper Mod is a personal mod made by UPSB spinner I.suk. It is known for its simple construction and the visual variety it can offer.
Construction
Parts needed
List from I.suk's YouTube Channel:[1]
- Adhesive contact for covering books (or wrapping paper)
- 2 Screws
- 2-3 sheets A4 paper
- (Double sided tape, clear, tape, black electrical tape)
Text tutorial
- Cut 16cm^2 of paper.
- Add double sided tape and roll paper tightly.
- Cut 23cm from another piece of paper, which gives a 23 x21cm piecce.
- Add double sided tape and roll tightly.
- It is also recommended to put some double sided tape or sticky tack adhesive putty around screw threads before rolling.
- Add remainder of paper which the 16x16cm square was cut from.
- Add tape to edge of roll and over scrrews to secure them.
- Wrap black electric tape over ends; add adhesive contact, wrapping paper, or printed outsert.
- Add more tape over ends if preferred.
- Complete.
