Animal G3

Construction

Parts needed

List from the FPSB V3:

• 1x G3 (barrel, grip and inktube)
• 1x Signo Broad (tip, grip and cap)
• 2x Hyperjell (cap and grip)
• 1x Sailor (grip)
• 1x Grip Matic (Barrel and tip)
• some grips

Additional Items

• Tape
• An insert

Text tutorial

Preparation

1. Cut the clip of the Hyperjell cap.
2. Cut 4 stripes off the G3 grip (You should have 4 stripes and one flat part with 2 stripes)
3. Cut the front of the G3 barrel to the same length of the flat part with 2 stripes of G3 grip.
4. Shave the nubs of the G3 cap.
5. Cut the front of the Grip Matic barrel (the front part will be used)
6. Cut 0.9 cm of a grip (specified as "some grips" in the list).
7. Cut the Signo Broad cap where the "inner ring" is.
8. Empty then cut a ~3cm section of G3 inktube. Wrap it in tape.
9. Cut 2x 2 blocks of sailor grip, then 1x 5 blocks.

Assembly

Front side

1. Connect the front of the G3 barrel with the front of the Grip Matic barrel using the G3 ink tube.
2. Add the 9mm grip, then the Hyperjell grip on the G3 front structure.
   

   

   
   
3. Screw the Grip Matic tip on the front.
4. Overgrip the front part following this way: 2 stripes of Sailor grip, the big section of signo broad cap, 2 stripes of sailor grip and 5 stripes of sailor grip.
   

   

   
   

Cap side

1. Wrap your signo tip and grip with an insert, put it in the Hyperjell cap.
   

   

   
   
2. Add tape on the G3 body then connect it to the Hyperjell cap.
