The trick can be performed on other finger combinations. When performed on only the ring finger it was originally named Advanced Spider Spin by Menowa* and sometimes referred to by the abbreviation ASS. Formally the variations are known as: (Fingers Involved) Spider Spin. For example, Index Middle Spider Spin.
