Saltient is a spinner from MYPSC and UPSB who came 3rd place in the Pen Spinning World Tournament 2021.
His unique spinning features heavy use of fingercross, and he is commonly accepted to be the most flexible spinner ever, as well as the best fingercross spinner ever.
