Menowa* G3 (Old version 2)

The Menowa* G3 is a personal mod made by Menowa*. As he no longer uses it, its name could be translated as "Former G3 2" (昔のG3 2). It was originally named "Current G3" (現行G3).

Construction

Parts needed

List from the Menowa*'s Tumblr:

• 1x G3 (barrel)
• 1x Jimnie (cap and grip)
• 1x Zebra Airfit LT Ballpoint (tip and metal ring)
• 1x Pilot G2 (Barrel)
• 2x Dong-A Anyball (grip)
• 1x Pilot AirBlanc (Tip)
• 1x Pentel Color Twin (barrel)
• 1x Pentel Hybrid Gel Grip (tip)
• A small grip

Additional Items

• Tape
• An insert (or multiple)

Text tutorial

Preparation

1. Cut the clip of the Jimnie cap.
2. Prepare the G3 barrel, then sand down the front until it's possible to fit an insert under the g2 barrel when connecting.
3. Cut the CT barrel to 3cm.
4. Cut the big ring then 7 blocks of Anyball grip.
5. Cut the G2 barrel to 4.6cm from the screw thread.

Assembly

Front side

1. Optional: wrap an insert around the front of the G3 barrel.
2. Put the G2 body onto the front of the G3 barrel (screw side first).
3. Put the Airfit LT tip inside the G2 body.
4. On the G2 barrel, add in this order: the big Anyball ring, an Airfit metal ring, and a whole anyball grip.
5. Add a small grip at the gap between the Airfit LT tip and

Cap side

1. Stack the HGG tip onto the Airblanc tip, and put the stack into the Jimnie cap.
2. Optional: Wrap an insert around the CT body
3. Put the CT body inside the Jimnie cap.
4. Put the 7 blocks of Anyball grip onto the Jimnie cap.
5. Add tape on the G3 body then connect it to the Jimnie cap.
