The Menowa* KT is a Double Sided mod created by Menowa* which he used at round 4 of Pen Spinning World Tournament 2015. Menowa* calls it "Fake KT" (偽KT).
Construction
Parts needed
List from Menowa*'s Tumblr:[1]
- 1x Crayola SuperTips (barrel)
- 2x Sailor (grips)
- 2x Zebra Airfit BA-9 (tips)
- 2x Dong-A Anyball (2x 1 block of grip)
- 2x Pentel Color Twin (big caps)
- 1x Muji Tect (2 o-ring)
- 1x Zebra Tect (2 o-ring)
- 1x Tombow Playcolor2 or KT (backplug)
Text tutorial[2]
- Empty the SuperTips barrel and remove its backplug. Fit a Playcolor2 or KT backplug at the rear.
- At each end of the barrel, fit one black O-ring followed by one clear O-ring before the cap.
- Fit one rear Anyball ring onto each large Color Twin cap, followed by a Sailor grip. Insert an Airfit tip into the outer end of each Sailor grip.
- Fit the prepared caps onto both ends of the barrel and check the centre of gravity. If needed, remove a small amount of plastic from the replacement backplug to balance the mod.
