The Laluteskal Ballsign is a double-sided mod made by JEB spinner Laluteskal.
Construction
Parts needed
Parts list from Ponkotu's blog[1]
- 1x Sakura Ballsign (1 body)
- 4x Pilot SuperGrip (4 grips)
- 2x Pilot Dr. Grip (grip)
- 2x Tombow Playcolor2 (clipless caps)
- 2x Pilot AirBlanc (grip)
- 2x Ohto Needle Point (tips)
- 1x Penzgear (two rings)
Additional items
- An insert
Text tutorial
Preparation
- Empty the Ballsign barrel and add an insert if desired.
- Separate the smooth and ribbed sections of all four SuperGrip grips. Keep the ribbed sections.
- Cut two small Dr. Grip sections for the outer overgrips.
- Cut two Airblanc sections, each approximately the length of four SuperGrip rings.
Assembly[2]
- Fit one ribbed SuperGrip section onto the inner half of a Playcolor2 cap, leaving room for the outer grip assembly. Cover it with an Airblanc section.
- Insert a Needle Point tip and one Pen’z Gear ring into another ribbed SuperGrip section.
- Cover this outer section with a small Dr. Grip section, then fit it onto the outer end of the cap.
- Repeat the assembly on the second Playcolor2 cap.
- Fit both prepared caps onto the Ballsign barrel.
