The Fukrou BT is a double-sided KT-type mod made by JEB spinner Fukrou. It was used in his Pen Spinning World Cup 2020 combos.
Construction
Parts needed
List from the Fukrou's blog [1]:
- x1 Nitoms Stalogy (barrel)
- x2 Pilot Opt Shaker (mechanical-pencil version; 2 tips)
- x2 Sailor IC Liquid Gel (2 grips)
- x2 Dong-A Anyball (2 grip)
- x2 Pentel Color Twin (2 big caps)
- x1 Pilot G3 (grip; two three-ring sections)
- Another thin grip may be substituted.
Text tutorial
Preparation
- Disassemble the Stalogy and keep its barrel.
- Cut two four-ring sections of Anyball grip.
- Cut two three-ring sections of G3 grip for the tip supports. Another thin grip may be substituted.
- Optionally trim the Opt tips.
Assembly
- Fit a large Color Twin cap onto one end of the Stalogy barrel.
- Fit a four-ring Anyball section onto the cap, followed by a full Sailor grip.
- Fit a three-ring G3 section around an Opt mechanical-pencil tip.
- Insert the supported tip into the exposed end of the Sailor grip.
- Repeat at the other end of the Stalogy barrel.
