The Eban Memory DC is a mod gifted to JEB spinner Eban by an unknown creator. It is deceptively light as it uses plastic tips.

Cut the flat side of the SuperGrip grips and put them on the Monami Memory S caps.
Place the plastic G3 tips inside the SuperGrip grips.
Cut approximately 1 cm sections of Dr. Grip grip and place them over the SuperGrip grips.
Attach the caps to the Monami Memory S body.
