ワケチン(Wakechin) G3

ワケチン(Wakechin) G3 is a single-sided G3 mod by Iroziro. It uses a Vision Elite cap and a Signo-tipped front assembly with a Dr. Grip metal ring.

Parts needed

• 1 Pilot G3 (barrel, rubber stopper, plastic tip and grip)
• 1 Uni-ball Vision Elite cap
• 2 Pentel Hybrid Gel Grip pens (two grips and one tip)
• 1 Kokuyo G-Line tip
• 1 Uni-ball Signo tip
• 1 Pilot Dr. Grip HDG-50R metal ring
• A suitable grip, such as Hyper Jell

Text tutorial

1. Clear the G3 front by removing its grip and sanding the small squares and nose.
2. Remove the metal clip from the Vision Elite cap. Disassemble the cap and keep the top part.
3. Put an HGG tip into the cap top, then fit a whole HGG grip into the Vision Elite cap and reassemble it.
4. Push the G-Line tip into the HGG grip inside the cap.
5. Put 1 cm of suitable grip on the G3 front and screw the Signo tip onto the G3 tip.
6. Fit the second HGG grip over the front assembly. Fold the grip back to expose the tips.
7. Put four G3-grip blocks over the Signo tip so they cover about half of its edge.
8. Cut off the pointed part of the G3 rubber stopper and place it over the Signo tip.
9. Unfold the HGG grip and put the Dr. Grip ring inside it, with the rubber stopper inside the ring.
10. Add an insert to the G3 barrel and attach the cap.
